As the festive season approaches, we’d like to share some important information about our Christmas delivery schedule.

To ensure you receive your oxygen or consumables in time, please give our team a call on 0800 917 9840 well in advance.

Our phone lines are open between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Calls made outside of these hours should only be for emergencies.

Ordering Tips

• Place your order earlier in the month to avoid any last-minute rush.
• Call volumes in the afternoon are typically lower, so calls are usually answered more quickly.
• Combine multiple delivery arrangements in a single call to make planning easier.

If you have regular scheduled deliveries, there’s no need to contact us. We’ll reach out if there are any changes to your usual schedule.

Typically, deliveries are organised for the next working day, but over the holiday period there will be some changes to our routine delivery days.
