    New website functionalities.

    We now offer a seamless translation feature that allows everyone to access the website and its literature in their preferred language. This feature breaks down language barriers, enabling patients from diverse backgrounds to access vital information and our support services effortlessly.

    Click on the Translate button in the bottom right corner of your screen to discover how easy it is to use!

    With this in mind, we want to ensure that every patient interaction is accommodating. Our diverse multilingual Contact Centre boasts a team of professionals who can communicate in 11 different languages!

    This ensures that patients have so many opportunities to engage without language barriers.

    The full website, including pdf documents of user guides, will now be translated into your chosen language

    New text-to-speech feature.

    Transforms written content into audio, ensuring that every visitor to our website can engage with the information independently. By utilising these inclusive tools, we can empower visually impaired individuals to navigate our website and access information with ease.

    To use the Text to Speech feature, click the Play button.

    This will read out all text on the screen, starting from the menu.

    To stop the Text to Speech feature, press the Stop button in the toolbar.

    User friendly settings.

    These cater to the needs of our patients with ADHD and other neurodiverse conditions. The settings offer options for streamlined content, simplified layouts, and customisable features that reduce possible distractions and enhance the overall user experience.
