Customer Service Coordinator

    Contract Type: Permanent - 37.5 hours per week, Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri – 10am-6pm, Sat – 11am-7pm

    Dolby Vivisol are currently hiring for a Customer Service Coordinator at their modern office based in Manor Royal, Crawley. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team to provide support to our customers and carers across the UK, as the first point of contact for any queries that come in.     This position is office based with a day shift role covering 37.5 hours per week, with a shift pattern of:

    The idea candidate will have previous customer service experience, ideally in a call centre/office environment, and all training will be provided.

    Main duties and responsibilities:

    • Dealing with all enquiries from patients/carers in an empathetic and effective manner within company agreed timescales
    • Processing replenishment orders from patients and attempt to solve queries over the telephone
    • Ensuring that all enquiries are completed according to departmental procedures and within set quality standards
    • Liaising closely with other departments by e-mail and telephone, giving accurate information at all times
    • To work with the senior team members on process improvements and projects
    • Provide support to other areas of the Customer Service department when required

    Required candidate experience:

    • Previous customer service experience (1 year), ideally office or call centre based
    • Excellent phone manner
    • An Enhanced DBS (provided for you as part of the probation process)
